LCA is a tool for environmental assessment, which is standardized, global, multi-criteria and quantitative. It can be applied to products as well a to processes and services. This methodology aims to evaluate the environmental impacts of products, processes or services, on their whole life cycle and for a wide range of environmental impacts categories.
In this guide you will find:

  • An introduction to the methodology and its main applications (both for internal use in companies and external use).
  • The LCA process, step by step, as defined in ISO standard.
  • Additional information on the practical implementation of LCA, whether its should be outsourced to consulting companies or for internal implementation (development of internal LCA skills).
